We really could arrange to sit together, my friend Nadine and me, like we planned to weeks ago!:) we had a nice time in the plane, and we all were, no actually still are so incredibly excited! Landed in New York, we suddenly had to say goodbye - other directions are taken.
We all started exactly with the same: Fill in a online application in the Internet.. but from now everything is different! Everyone is going is own path, another direction of travel! Make his own footprints in the sand! Good luck to all of you guys!
We were picked up by some busses and I couldn't believe. I'm away from home. I'm in America. I'm in NEW YORK! I think none of us really got it what was happening it wasn't just a eide in a bus, from this moment on, everyone has to go his own way. And he has to start alone, for me that's the most difficult part about it!
One day later at 4 pm it was finally the time! We left our dorm and brought the luggage to a room where we were waiting for our .... HOSTFAMILIES :D
I was standin at the table, speaking to some other students when they entered the room - and I just thought 'wow! They are really here! They are really picking me up and I'll live a whole year with them! And they are very tall(; ' it was amazing - I actually didn't understand all of what they said but they are so so so nice and honest people, a really wonderful family!
After a short ride, they showes me the house: I'd never seen a house like this - it is absoluley really absolutley amazing! So so beautiful!
And the garden! A wonderful garden! So lovely! So many fruits and vegetables growing in there! Pictures will follow soon!:)
Okay, I'll take some more sleep now!
