Hey everyone :)
the first days have already passed and I'm almost a week here and made so many experiences, so many impressions and met some amazing people!
The first 2 days were really strange, everything was new and I was still really tired from the flight and the jetlag, so I actually slept a lot and realized that there are many differences between Switzerland and Landenberg. All of the things were different, things you didn't even think about! For example it was difficult to open a door, or a window. Just because it's different! Also the toilet flash or the shower I couldn't use without instructions ;) But it's getting better ;)
The first days we made some shopping tours and I've seen also a lot from the wonderful neighbourhood! :)
I also did some sports already, so I had seen a real American gym! The basketball court looks really amazing and it was real fun to be there! I took a yoga class, which was amazing! I'm really happy to do yoga again, because I really missed it during the summer break! ;)
My hostfamily is really amazing! :) In the evening I often cook with my hostsister Emma, who's very fond of baking and cooking and really an amazing cook! :) Later on we just chat a little altogether or watch a movie or just chill out! :)
Today, I saw my school campus for the first time! It's a really big campus with many old buildings on it and it looks really very beautiful and nice! The school used to be a boarding school around the 2nd world war, so you can see the old dormatory-buildings which are changed into classrooms now! In the early beginning it was a farm, so my hostmum told me, so they rebuilt a barn with something like a silo :) They also have great science labs and gyms! It looks like a really nice place which I really gonna like! :)
I really like it here, my hostfamily is really amazing and they are wonderful people! I also really like their dogs a lot, they are incredibly cute! :)
